Process
I am a classic pen and paper sketcher. With all the connectivity and distractions on phones and computers, it's easy to turn it all off with a note pad and a pen. The other benefit to a pen is that sense of permanence. I can't ctl+z an idea, I could scribble it out, but it's still there, it's on the page and out of my head. Even the smallest or farthest reaching ideas are worth writing down. Who knows, maybe it's the right solution afterall!
I like to use a bold tip pen for drafting icons.
